What are the options for students who choose not the take the NEET exams and wish to practice in India, after completion of their Medical Education?
At Lincoln American University, the first year of the 5 year MD Program is a Pre-Medical Program that will cover subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Introduction to Anatomy, Physiology, Bio-chemistry, Introduction to Neurosciences and Medical History and terminologies. This program is a prelude to the 4 year MD Program at Lincoln American University of which 2 years will be on Basic Sciences and 2 years will be on Clinical Rotation which can be done in Guyana as well as USA.

If you wish to practice in India but did not appear for NEET Examination, not to worry! If you qualify USMLE, then you can practice anywhere in the world. All you need to do is complete your 1st year Pre-Medical Program at Sharda University (India). After that, complete 2 Years of Basic Science Program. Get Internal Coaching for USMLE Step 1 in the last three months of the Basic Sciences Program. After that, you have to appear for USMLE Step-1.
After the completion of Clinical Rotation in the 4th and 5th year from a reputed Hospital or Clinical Centres in USA, the students can appear for USMLE Step -2. After clearing USMLE Step -2, Apply for PG (Residency) Program from USA.
While pursuing PG Program, the student may apply for USMLE Step -3. Get your license to practice medicine in USA post clearance of USMLE (All Steps). That license will enable you to become eligible to practice anywhere in the Globe without having to appear for the entrance examination of that country.
You can apply for Fellowship Program in USA after the residency and become a super-specialist. You can also come back to India and get registered in MCI without appearing for FMGE. In this way, the students can come back to India without giving NEET.
